J'ai tendance à me considérer comme la plus humble des personnes qui soit, ce qui est assez paradoxal quand on y est. Cependant je ne peux pas résister à vous faire partager une petite fiertée personnelle. Ma chère et tendre, à l'occasion de l'inauguration officielle de l'entreprise où elle est employée à Dublin, a réussi contre toute attente et grâce à un sacré culot d'offrir au Premier Ministre de l'Irlande, Enda Kenny, deux de mes caricatures, dont une de lui-même. Il fut d'après ce qu'elle m'a raconté assez amusé et a promis de donner au Président Higgins son propre dessin.

I have a tendency to consider myself as the most humble man who has ever lived, which is quite contradictory when you think of it. However, I cannot resist the desire to share with you a recent pride. During the official opening in Dublin of the company where she currently works, my beloved managed against all odds and thanks to her audacity, to give to Ireland's Prime Minister, Enda Kenny, two caricatures I made, including one of himself. From what she told me, he was pretty amused by it and promised to give to President Higgins his own drawing.
